People who are emerging as entrepreneurs in India are on a rise. In the current trend it has definitely changed the way the whereabouts of businesses are conceived. However, a number of factors have brought about a sea change on how we imagine millennials and the way they conduct business. A important aspect that young minds regardless of the gender, they represent more than half the country’s population. Nearly 60% have earned their undergraduate and master’s degrees, but represent a mere 5% of Fortune 500 CEOs. My responsibility as a business lead comes into action of bringing in fresh and down to earth approach of advocating a methodology focused on inspiring and retaining both talent and energy to drive great results at work.
